BRINGING HOPE IN OUR COMMUNITY.
ABOUT US

When Queen Victoria first visited Royal Deeside in 1847 she wrote that "all seemed to breathe freedom and peace".
At Deeside Compassion we want that sense of freedom to be the experience of all in our community.
As such we seek to support those who are most in need in the area, bringing hope to those who are struggling because of disadvantage, and where possible empowering them to become more independent.

COVID Response
Throughout the pandemic we have made ourselves available to support vulnerable individuals with practical tasks such as shopping and prescription collections, as well as looking to tackle issues arising from the financial and social consequences of COVID-19. For more information please see the "Get Help" section of this website.

These sessions run from 11am to 12.30pm on a Thursday and are an opportunity for people to meet some of our staff and to find out more about the services we offer through Deeside Compassion.
The Compassion Cafe is entirely free to attend and is operated in line with hospitality guidelines.
